We enjoyed this place - high quality hotel.

The room was brand-new and air conditioned with fantastic black out curtains, double bed, for example, exceeded high expectations.

Soundproof and updated units with nice jaccuzi looking out over the grounds, big bathroom, fantastic black out curtains. The location magnificent and stunning in nice surroundings.

The room I booked was well-kept with air con. The location was exceptionally nice for me as it was just off Rochdale, the restaurant and a beautiful area.

The rooms with air con, the bedroom and a comfy king size bed.

Convenient location! You can easily reach restaurants, the city center, and a lovely area of the city. Just a quick 5-minute drive to Church of Saint Martin. 🚗 Enjoy exploring the area!

Plenty of nice food. Very comfortable building and rooms with fantastic black out curtains. Location near the main restaurant, transport to-and-from Manchester and a beautiful area of Manchester.

Good sized room, shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets in the room. Paid £ 89. Excellent location for Rochdale, not far from the city centre, restaurant and beautiful grounds.

The property was comfortable, and the staff at Reception were particularly helpful, the room had a large bed, a minibar, and a TV with an exceptionally good view, making it recommendable.

Its location was particularly good, way outside of a city centre.

Extremely spacious room with nice jaccuzi looking out over the grounds, double sofa, for instance, and the pool was good. It had a great and stunning location very close to transport to-and-from Manchester, a beautiful area of Manchester, and Heaton 

This is a great quality and absolutely fabulous hotel with amazing friendly staff on the Reception desk.

This place has a great location, close to many attractions and a beautiful countryside park just 3 km away.

There is plenty of fine food for breakfast.
